WOW: On Wednesdays I'll often share something that gets me through the week. It could be a photograph, a new recipe, a new friend, a family member, a thought, a book, a movie... anything that inspires and motivates to alleviate the midweek doldrums.
Monday Meditation: An occasional feature post for Mondays, these little snippets, morals and phrases are something to stimulate your mind (and mine). The suggestion with these reflections is that you find a quiet place and sit silently, repeating the meditation as a mantra in your mind. You might find it easier to do this before bedtime or when you rise, but they should provide a moment to clear your mind and really focus on what is important.
